Our Firm has an opportunity for an experienced associate to join the firm’s expanding affirmative action and OFCCP compliance practice and assume a major role assisting clients with regulatory, compliance, and administrative enforcement issues. This role can sit in any of the offices listed above. This position would be an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a solid litigation foundation who is interested in transitioning into a regulatory compliance advice and counsel role. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below staff benefits.
