Ogletree Deakin’s Knowledge Management (“KM”) department has an opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join the Knowledge Management Innovation & Solutions team to lead and support the development of new solutions. The primary role of the KM Product Manager is to establish repeatable and scalable solutions (and supporting governance, processes and resource needs) to address client, matter, and practice specific challenges and opportunities. This position will leverage tools and technologies with an eye toward innovative, data-focused and process-driven solutions that provide value to our clients. This position will work closely with attorneys and matter teams to scope and define the existing challenge, collaborate with members of the KM team, our IT Department and other administrative departments to determine the most efficient and appropriate solution and oversee the successful implementation of that solution. This role will also serve as a consultant to other KM projects and products. The KM Product Manager will report into the Director of KM Innovation & Solutions and manage a Business Analyst. This position may also sit remotely.
