Ogletree Deakin’s Knowledge Management department has an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join the Knowledge Management Innovation & Solutions team. The primary role of the Knowledge Management Solutions Manager is to establish repeatable and scalable solutions (and supporting governance, processes and resource needs) to address client, matter, and practice specific challenges and opportunities. These may include efficient matter tracking and the capture, analysis and reporting of data via dashboards and data visualizations as well as enabling / automating critical workflows. This position will work closely with attorneys and matter teams to scope and define the existing challenge, collaborate with members of the Knowledge Management team to determine the most efficient and appropriate solution and oversee the successful implementation of that solution. This will include, but not limited to, the practice intelligence / data analytics team, the firm solutions team (internal solutions) and client solutions (client facing solutions). This position will incorporate automated solutions when and where possible. As part of the broader KM Innovation & Solutions team, this position will leverage existing tools and technologies with an eye towards innovative, integrated and repeatable solutions. The KM Solutions Manager will report into the Director of KM Innovation & Solutions. This position may also sit remote.

For Colorado Applicants: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $110,000 and $125,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below staff benefits.
