Ogletree Deakins has the opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join the firm’s expanding Client Services Department to assist with the firm’s Compliance Solutions products, including OD Comply, OD Learning Solutions, and other existing and developing products. The Client Services Coordinator will coordinate heavily with attorneys, office administrators, marketing counsel, department colleagues, practice assistants, and clients. Having a “customer-service” mindset and approach is essential. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for duties surrounding onboarding and setting up new clients on Compliance Solutions products. The Client Services Coordinator also will be responsible for evaluating user issues with the online platforms and working to provide timely resolutions.
