Client Services Coordinator

Position Summary

Our Atlanta office has the opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join the firm’s expanding Client Services Department. The Client Services Coordinator will coordinate heavily with attorneys, office administrators, marketing counsel, Client Services coworkers, and practice assistants. Having a “customer-service” mindset and approach is essential. The Client Services Coordinator will be part of the Bios Team, responsible for updating/maintaining attorney biographies on the Ogletree Deakins website. The Client Services Coordinator will help respond to attorneys’ special requests in connection with research and information regarding clients and potential clients. As needed, the coordinator will assist with the firm’s seminars and events.
