Our Atlanta, GA office has the opportunity for an experienced Chief Talent Officer to join the Firm’s expanding practice. The Chief Talent Officer will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution for the recruitment, engagement and development of the Ogletree team across our legal and administrative departments around the world. He or she will lead the Firm’s Talent-related departments, including setting the strategy, refining the processes, and leading multiple related departments to work together to achieve world class effectiveness in Recruiting, Retention, Professional Development and Talent engagement. This includes Attorney recruitment and development, as well as Administrative team training and development. This role will closely team with the firm’s senior leadership and HR departments, Practice Group leaders, Office Leaders, and other internal teams. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer for day to day administration and operational matters, with additional oversight of the Firm Managing Shareholder, especially for recruitment and development topics related to Attorneys. This person may sit in any of our US offices, but Atlanta is preferred.
