Our Atlanta, GA office has the opportunity for an experienced CRM Specialist to join the Firm’s expanding practice. The primary role of this non-exempt Atlanta-based position is to maintain the data quality of the firm’s contact relationship management (CRM) database, LexisNexis InterAction, and to assist the firm with executing its relationship marketing plans. The individual will report directly to the CRM Manager and will work in the Client Services Department to perform ongoing InterAction CRM data maintenance, to support the firm’s marketing and business development activities, and to provide general support for the firm’s CRM operations.
