CRM Specialist – Remote

Position Summary

Ogletree Deakins has the opportunity for an experienced CRM Specialist to join the Client Services Department. The primary role of this position is to maintain the data quality of the firm’s contact relationship management (CRM) database, LexisNexis InterAction, and to assist the firm with executing its relationship marketing plans. This position has the opportunity to be either hybrid or fully remote. The individual will report directly to the CRM Manager and will work in the Client Services Department to perform ongoing InterAction CRM data maintenance, to support the firm’s marketing and business development activities, and to provide general support for the firm’s CRM operations.

This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office

Benefits

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $55,000 and $80,300. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below staff benefits.

In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $60,400 and $89,800. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below staff benefits.
