Ogletree Deakin’s Knowledge Management (KM) department has an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the KM Innovation & Solutions team. The primary role of the KM Business Analyst is to provide end-to-end ownership of the requirements gathering and documentation process for all assigned internal and client-facing KM solution development efforts. This position works closely with key stakeholders to define and document all business and functional requirements for these efforts, in addition to taking an active role in designing a user experience (UX) that ensures our products are engaging and intuitive to our users. The Business Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert for all assigned KM projects, products, and services and is expected to work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the firm, internal and external project stakeholders of various levels of authority, and external vendors. Assistance with operational activities may be required on an as needed basis.
