We have the opportunity for a Solutions Analyst to join the firm’s Knowledge Management department. Under the direction of the KM New Solutions and Practice Support Manager, the primary role of the KM Solutions Analyst is to assist with the creation and development of repeatable and scalable solutions to address client, matter, and practice specific challenges and opportunities. These may include efficient matter tracking including the capture, analysis, and reporting of data via dashboards and data visualizations as well as enabling / automating critical workflows. This position will work closely with attorneys and matter teams to scope and define the existing challenge, as well as collaborate with members of the KM team to determine the most efficient and appropriate solution.
