Ogletree Deakins has the opportunity for an experienced Docketing Specialist to join the firm’s expanding Client Information Risk Services department. The Docketing Specialist is responsible for executing a wide range of functions including, but not limited to, reviewing outgoing mail and filings for accuracy and completeness, and communicating routinely with attorneys, paralegals and practice assistants. The Docketing Specialist also participates in, or manages, assigned projects and/or tasks for local, regional, or Firm-wide initiatives.

For Colorado Applicants: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $55,000 and $65,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below staff benefits.
