Business Immigration Paralegal

• Independently prepares documents to assist attorneys with matters.
• Review complex legal documents.
• Compile and analyze case facts.
• Determine and calendar deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and visa beneficiaries.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience working in a high volume business immigration practice.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VisaTrax/Zoom, and Document Management System.
• Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
• Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
