Business Immigration Paralegal

Legal Staff    Mid-Senior Level

Position Summary

The Senior Paralegal (3) is able to capably perform all the duties of the Paralegal 2 position, has mastery of their subject-matter area, the ability to manage a high volume caseload, and supports the Immigration Practice Training Manager in training more junior paralegals to process petitions and applications. The Senior Paralegal may coordinate the work of multiple paralegals in support of large clients, serve as a client team’s advisory point of contact, and maintains ownership of team process manuals. Focuses on handling complex matters and atypical visa matters across subject matters. Compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation.  Maintains direct contact with multiple attorneys. Works directly with senior attorneys.

Benefits

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $75,000 and $90,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is bonus eligible and qualifies for the below benefits.
