Our immigration team in Denver has an opportunity for a Data Clerk to join their team. The Data Clerk performs a variety of data entry, scanning, copy and filing duties to track and document receipt/approval notices from USCIS in the Firm’s centralized document management systems and business records. Ensures that immigration documents are easily accessible to clients, legal and non-legal staff members. Opens cases within our system to allow paralegals and other immigration staff to begin work on petitions.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $35,000 and $40,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below staff benefits.
