Cross-Border Paralegal (Remote Option)

Position Summary

We have a unique opportunity in our Cross-Border Practice Office for an entrepreneurial, creative paralegal to join us with option for a remote basis. The Paralegal will support the Cross-Border Practice to assist multinational companies with their global labor and employment needs. The Paralegal will perform a variety of tasks including project administration, researching law, investigation preparation, preparing and summarizing documents, organizing case and project files, etc.

Our Cross-Border Practice helps clients with matters related to the employment life cycle worldwide including contracts, policies, investigations, multijurisdictional employment disputes, and employee mobility. Our experienced employment attorneys facilitate our clients’ business growth by helping to harmonize global employment, HR, compensation, and data-protection needs in a cost-effective, solution-focused manner, as well as implementing strategic changes affecting a global workforce within and across borders.
