Position Summary

Our ERISA Litigation practice group has an opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of experience to join the firm and support our national employee benefits/ERISA defense litigation practice. The right candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a passion for defending employee benefits litigation matters, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment. This position will support shareholders located across Ogletree’s offices. The location is flexible and can be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices except Colorado. Remote work options may be considered for the right candidate.

We are open to candidates who are interested in a traditional associate position. We are also open to counsel candidates who would not be on track to shareholder; these candidates would have the opportunity to work from home on occasion and have a flexible schedule with lower billable hour expectations than traditional associates.
