Our ERISA Litigation practice group has an opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of experience to join the firm and support our national employee benefits/ERISA defense litigation practice. The right candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a passion for defending employee benefits litigation matters, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment. This position will support shareholders located across Ogletree’s offices. The location is flexible, and remote work options will be considered for the right candidate.
This is a non-shareholder track position; these candidates would have the opportunity to work from home on occasion and have a flexible schedule with lower billable hour expectations.
