Position Summary

Our ERISA Litigation practice group has an opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of experience to join the firm and support our national employee benefits/ERISA defense litigation practice. The right candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a passion for defending employee benefits litigation matters, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment. This position will support shareholders located across Ogletree’s offices. The location is flexible, and remote work options will be considered for the right candidate.

This is a non-shareholder track position; these candidates would have the opportunity to work from home on occasion and have a flexible schedule with lower billable hour expectations.

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the Fair Chance Ordinance.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $130,000 and $157,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is bonus eligible and qualifies for the below benefits.
