Our Greenville office has an opportunity for an experienced junior to mid-level benefits associate to assume a significant role in our expanding employee benefits/ERISA practice. Our practice is broad-based and encompasses compliance work with retirement, health and welfare, and nonqualified and incentive pay plans maintained by private sector, governmental, and tax-exempt employers. We also regularly advise on executive compensation and payroll tax, and healthcare privacy matters. The successful candidate can expect to have exposure to all of these areas.
Ogletree Deakins has been named a “Law Firm of the Year” for eight consecutive years by U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” and earned a National First Tier ranking in the Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law category for the sixth straight year in the 2019 edition. Our Benefits Litigation subgroup holds its own National First Tier ranking, along with twelve Ogletree Deakins employee benefits and executive compensation attorneys who were selected as 2018 “Best Lawyers in America.”
