Position Summary

Our Greenville office has an opportunity for an experienced junior to mid-level benefits associate to assume a significant role in our expanding employee benefits/ERISA practice. Our practice is broad-based and encompasses compliance work with retirement, health and welfare, and nonqualified and incentive pay plans maintained by private sector, governmental, and tax-exempt employers. We also regularly advise on executive compensation and payroll tax, and healthcare privacy matters. The successful candidate can expect to have exposure to all of these areas.
