Position Summary

Our Greenville office has an opportunity for an attorney with employment-based immigration experience to join the office’s mid-sized practice group.  Depending on discussions with the candidate ultimately chosen, this position may be on or off the shareholder track (i.e., if not on the shareholder track, this position will not be responsible for individual business development).   Our office is collegial with a commitment to mutual respect in the workplace. Our position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team of attorneys and paraprofessionals, providing comprehensive legal services for local and national employers seeking temporary business visas and permanent residency.  A business immigration attorney will direct and finalize the work of paralegals compiling and analyzing case facts, and drafting correspondence.  Also collaborates with employers to develop creative business solutions and deliver quality representation.
