Position Summary

Our Greenville office has an engaging paralegal opportunity.  Join the firm’s growing immigration practice group, working alongside skilled professionals in a team-based environment.  The comprehensive on-the-job training includes:  1) job shadowing experiential learning 2) on demand videos 3) weekly live trainings and 4) regular meetings with attorneys.

Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation and filing of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigration petitions (such as H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN visa petition and PERM Labor Certification Applications).  The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts.  They draft correspondence and maintain organized client documentation. Continually in direct contact with multiple attorneys, and communicates with clients and visa beneficiaries.
