Our Administrative office in Greenville, South Carolina has the opportunity for a Conflicts Manager to join the Client Information Risk Services Department (CIRS). The Conflicts Manager will be responsible for managing the services provided by the Conflicts Group, which is a business unit of CIRS. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring new team members, maintaining a current training program, performing employee evaluations, overseeing daily workflow and managing priorities affecting the team. Operates and performs as the department head and interacts appropriately with all levels of attorneys and staff in the Firm as needed to communicate content in search reports and troubleshoot issues and evaluate processes. Communicates routinely with the Sr. Manager, Conflicts & Business Intake and the Director of Risk Management, and liaises with the Office of General Counsel for advice/guidance, as appropriate.
