Position Summary

Ogletree Deakins is currently hiring a Director of Human Resources to lead the firm’s Human Resource Department. Responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to: leading and providing strategic oversight for all Human Resources programs and policies for the firm, including compensation, benefits, payroll, leave administration, staff performance management, and employee relations; working with the Chief Talent Officer and Board of Directors on firm-wide talent strategy; working with firm’s General Counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws; and providing leadership and management to a team of professionals, defining team goals, objectives and priorities. This position reports to the firm’s Chief Talent Officer.
