Position Summary

Our Greenville, SC office has the opportunity for an experienced Director of Infrastructure & Real Estate to join the Firm’s expanding practice.  The Director of Infrastructure & Real Estate will work with the Firm’s Management and Administration under the direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer to create and provide strategic direction and guide teams to meet Firm goals relative to the real estate portfolio, as well as the portfolio of major change projects designed to drive value across the firm’s administrative and operating departments. A key element of this role will be the ability to drive results across the business through meaningful collaboration with other administrative departments, office leadership, and firm leadership. This role will also build, enhance and coordinate relationships with the outside collaborators such as the firm’s real estate brokerage firm, project management contractors, and other vendors essential to deliver of value in our real estate and other projects. Responsible to lead and build effective teams to analyze data to provide creative and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This role will also collaborate closely with the CFO to define and predict investment and return parameters, reporting, and cost management related to major firm projects requiring capital and/or expense investment.
