Lateral Attorney    Associate

Position Summary

Our Greenville office has an opportunity for a litigation attorney.  Employment law experience a plus but not required.  This position offers the opportunity to practice both advice and counsel work as well as litigation.  The Greenville office has bench strength in many specialized areas, meeting clients’ needs in employment litigation, traditional labor, wage & hour and employee leave law.

Depending on discussions with the candidate ultimately chosen, this position may be on or off the shareholder track (i.e., if not on the shareholder track, this position will not be responsible for individual business development).
