Position Summary

Our Greenville, SC office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the firm’s expanding Project Management Department, in pursuit of facilitating and executing key strategic initiatives. The Project Coordinator “Coordinator” will assist the PMO Manager and the Project Manager(s) in the coordination of operational project activities.  The Coordinator will track and update monthly project status reports, monthly project expenses and assist in the development of the annual portfolio budget and related activities.  The Coordinator will also provide support in the way of coordinating and attending meetings, providing follow-up, maintaining and updating artifacts, SOP’s, and other key functions as requested.  As development opportunities, the Coordinator may be assigned projects to manage.
