Our Greenville, SC office has the opportunity for an experienced senior level real estate leader to join the Firm’s Real Estate Portfolio Management (REPM) team. The Senior Manager of REPM reports to the Director of Infrastructure & Real Estate Director and will manage daily Real Estate team operations to provide answers, directions, and solutions related to lease administration, budget/forecasting, accounting, general ledger, vendor and landlord inquiries while supporting office business leaders including among others: real estate, project management, and finance. In conjunction with the Director, the Senior Manager will work closely with Office Managing Shareholders, Office Administrators, tenant representation firms, attorneys and construction management contractors, as well as firm leadership, on budget and project management for our portfolio of real estate projects and leases, office moves, buildouts, and maintenance. He or she must be a strategic thinker and able to engage in discussions about cost-benefit tradeoffs and changing trends in workplace design. This individual must be comfortable making data-informed decisions and recommendations, working with a sense of urgency while maintaining high attention to detail, and being well organized. This role is planned to have (4) four direct reports.
