The ideal eDiscovery Counsel candidate is a licensed attorney ready to take on responsibility managing data collection and electronic document review and production in support of litigation teams nationwide, as well as handling all aspects of labor and employment matters (not just the eDiscovery). Experience with the electronic discovery process and Relativity software is required, functionality with other workspaces is helpful but not required.

With light supervision, effectively organize and manage document reviews in support of the firm nationally, including onboarding teams of contract attorneys, adapting review protocols to specific cases, overseeing the review teams, performing quality control measures, interfacing with the litigation teams as to status and substance, and managing electronic document productions with firm litigation support or outside vendors as needed by the case.
While the primary need at this time is eDiscovery, the position will also involve assisting with or handling labor and employment litigation.
