Position Summary

Our Indianapolis office has the opportunity for an experienced employee benefits associate to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a significant role on our employee benefits team. Our practice is broad-based and encompasses compliance work with retirement, health and welfare, and nonqualified and incentive pay plans maintained by private sector, governmental, and tax-exempt employers. We also regularly advise on executive compensation and payroll tax, and healthcare privacy matters. The successful candidate can expect to have exposure to all of these areas.
