Counsel    Associate

Position Summary

Our Indianapolis office has an opportunity for an attorney with 6+ years of labor & employment advise and counsel experience to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume the role of a non-shareholder track Counsel. The Counsel attorney will be expected to perform all the duties of a traditional law firm attorney, with an emphasis on counseling clients on employment-law-related matters, but will not be responsible for business development, administrative functions, or training of others. The right candidate will have a passion for employment law, strong analytical and writing skills, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment.
