Lateral Attorney    Associate

Position Summary

Our Los Angeles office has an opportunity for a Labor & Employment / Litigation Attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, and drafting position statements, dispositive motions, attending and handling arbitrations, etc. Experience working up wage and hour class action/PAGA cases, or handling a single-plaintiff employment lawsuit from start to finish with minimal oversight is preferred. We provide our associates with multiple writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities as well as access to robust professional development programs.
