Position Summary

Our New York City office has an opportunity for an experienced mid-level to senior associate to join the firm’s dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for associates who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice. Attorneys who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law, including significant litigation and advice and counsel, are encouraged to apply.  This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies  and opposing counsel.

Duties include all aspects of corporate labor and employment legal representation, but are not limited to, developing creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for client problems, litigation and trial work, and resolving governmental and workplace investigations.

In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $205,000.00 and $260,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position qualifies for the below benefits.
