Litigation Paralegal

Legal Staff    Associate

Position Summary

The Paralegal works under the direction of assigned attorneys. This position researches law, investigates facts and prepares documents to assist attorneys. Researches and analyzes law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to assist in preparation of legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, written discovery and appeals for review, approval, and use by attorney.
