We have an immediate opening for an experienced Legal Practice Assistant in our busy and growing Philadelphia Office. Supporting multiple attorneys, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in litigation, including electronic court filings and document production. We are looking for a team player who is eager to provide quality service to both internal and external clients, has excellent communication and organization skills, can multi-task, and is not afraid to pitch in when needed. Practice Assistants work closely with our attorneys and others, providing secretarial and administrative assistance, performing complex and specialized secretarial and clerical tasks, and working collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment. This position supports multiple attorneys as primary assignments and provides back-up secretarial and receptionist coverage as necessary. The firm offers a variety of valuable tools and resources such as a robust document management system, centralized docketing, an extensive intranet, and strong support from our administrative departments.
