Position Summary

Our Raleigh office has an opportunity for a File Clerk to join the firm’s expanding practice. The File Clerk performs a variety of filing, scanning and document transmittal duties to maintain and ensure the integrity of the immigration practice group’s individual, centralized and archived client/matter records.  File clerks ensure that files are easily accessible to legal and non-legal staff members by retrieving and transporting files as requested and preparing records for archiving according to practice group policies, procedures and quality standards.
