Business Immigration Intake Specialist

Position Summary

Our Raleigh office has a unique opportunity for a Client Intake Specialist to join their fast-paced immigration practice group. The Client Intake Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties centered on new case initiations based upon client requests, including communicate with client contacts to intake all necessary information for file creation, case assignment and documentation, and billing. The Specialist maintains internal status updates relating to intake cases and inputs data into VisaTrax/Zoom and collates documentation for the physical file.
