Our Raleigh office has multiple opportunities for both experienced and entry-level paralegals to join our growing immigration practice. This includes opportunities for those with an interest in immigration and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment to start their career. Duties will include preparation and filing of petitions, nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa applications. Paralegals also compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with employees and client contacts. Our Immigration Paralegals work under the direct supervision of attorneys and senior paralegals but will be expected to work independently as well.
