Litigation Paralegal

Legal Staff    Associate

Position Summary

Our Raleigh, NC office has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal with 5+ years Litigation Paralegal experience to join Firm’s expanding practice.  The Paralegal will assume a major role in employment litigation and advice matters, with extensive contact with client representatives, opposing counsel and the courts.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with all aspects of the discovery and litigation process; investigating facts; propounding and responding to discovery; preparing subpoenas and documents for filing in both Federal and State courts; conducting legal research and cite-checks briefs; reviewing, redacting and preparing documents for production; maintaining and organizing documents; and preparing calendar deadlines and assisting with all aspects of pre-trial and trial preparation.
