Employment Litigation & Class Action Associate

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in California. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
• Candidates must have 2+ years of California employment litigation and class action experience either in-house or at a law firm.
• Outstanding academic record (top 25% of law school class).
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Associates are expected to (a) provide first-rate written, analytical work; (b) be highly attuned to the needs, pressures and work styles of our senior litigators; and (c) contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $160,000 and $210,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
