We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Our San Francisco office has an opportunity for a Business Immigration Legal Practice Assistant to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! On a day-to-day basis, the Practice Assistant will work under the direction of attorneys to whom the assistant is assigned.  Under general supervision, this role supports the delivery of quality legal services to clients by providing administrative assistance to Shareholder(s), attorney(s), and legal team, performing complex and specialized tasks supporting our team’s operations, and working collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.  The Practice Assistant will also be responsible for a variety of duties centered on new case initiations based upon client requests which may include: electronic file creation, case assignment, as well as data input into VisaTrax/INSZoom, and billing.

Benefits

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $63,800 and $78,300. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
