Our San Francisco office has an opportunity for an experienced litigator seeking a role with increased flexibility without giving up the challenge of a full-cycle litigation practice. This highly flexible role will allow the right candidate to work from home without the administrative and client-development demands of a shareholder/partner track position. Candidates with In-house legal department experience are desired.
We are open to an attorney who will join us as an associate (on track toward shareholder) or on an alternative track with a flexible or reduced work schedule. Candidates interested in an Of Counsel position are also encouraged to apply.
The position also offers opportunities to provide advice and counsel on employment law-related matters, including handbook and policy preparation, training opportunities, and other day-to-day employment needs.
