We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

We have the opportunity for a Legal Writer to join our expanding Business Immigration practice.  This position has the flexibility to work remotely from any US location where Ogletree has an office.  The Legal Writer will be responsible for researching law, investigating facts, and drafting correspondence and memoranda in furtherance of immigration matters filed with relevant federal government agencies.  The Legal Writer will collaborate with experienced immigration attorneys on special writing projects, translating facts into understandable and persuasive content to be reviewed by officers adjudicating immigration matters. This role requires a strong writing skills, willingness to learn, and empathy for our clients and immigrants. Benefits

For Colorado applicants: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,000 and $85,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is bonus eligible and qualifies for the below benefits.
