Position Summary

Our Southern California offices have an opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney to join the firm’s expanding Employment Law Practice.  This is a non-shareholder track position and a unique opportunity for an attorney looking to transition into employment law and into a role with more flexibility.  This flexible opportunity would allow the attorney to work from home; candidates must reside in Southern California.

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $120,000 and $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. A competitive hours-based bonus is also available.
