Employment Counsel

• Willingness to travel, when needed, to meet clients and attorneys overseeing work in the Southern California area.
• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
• 4 or more years of experience with general or commercial litigation defense or insurance defense.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills are required.
• Litigation experience in California is not a requirement; qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in CA but can have the majority of their experience from another state.

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $120,000 and $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. A competitive hours-based bonus is also available.
