COVID-19 Vaccination Policies and Forms

The firm has developed an updated COVID-19 Template Vaccination Policy based on the recent federal mandates, including OSHA’s emergency temporary standard issued on November 4, 2021. In addition to sample forms, the new Template Vaccination Policy includes alternative policy language to allow employers to (1) see the options, and (2) choose the provisions best suited for their company. There is one package for use in California, and one for use in the other 49 states, each available for a flat fee.

The firm has also created two 50-state surveys related to (1) state law accommodation standards (when different from federal) and limitations on mandatory vaccine policies and (2) state laws that may require employers to pay for testing.
