This program will address how U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has continued to audit and investigate employers over worksite and I-9 compliance concerns and how the the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Special Counsel (OSC) is broadening its investigative powers over immigration-related discrimination . The session will offer case studies to explain the challenges of compliance, including challenges associated with conducting internal investigations, and provide strategies for achieving immigration-related compliance goals.
