Alexandrie J. Colby practices immigration law for the Boston office of Ogletree Deakins. She has varied experience in employment-based immigration matters, including assisting clients with major nonimmigrant visa categories, such as H-1B, TN, L-1A, L-1B, and J-1, as well as the immigrant visa categories, including I-140s, I-130s, and adjustments of status. Alexandrie’s experience also includes drafting robust responses to complex Requests for Evidence for multiple visa categories, including H-1Bs, L-1s, and I-140s. Alexandrie has experience in humanitarian-based immigration, including representation for Asylum and Temporary Protected Status cases with Suffolk University Law School’s Immigration Clinic. While in law school, she served as Chief Note Editor for Suffolk’s Transnational Law Review. Alexandrie graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.
