Andrea Fellion has focused her career on employment law and represents employers in administrative investigations, hearings, and litigation. Ms. Fellion has extensive experience meeting client needs both in and outside of the courtroom. She consistently works towards early resolution of all claims, and has won summary judgment on numerous high-value complaints. When early resolution is not possible, Ms. Fellion has used strategic litigation to reach reasonable settlements and has successfully tried sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims.
Ms. Fellion’s practice covers a wide range of employment issues. She provides advice and counsel on topics including disability accommodation and leave, wage and hour, wage statements, compliance with local ordinances, as well as written policies and best practices to avoid employee complaints and litigation. Ms. Fellion has successfully litigated single plaintiff, class, and California Private Attorney General Act claims and has brought and defended trade secret and non-competition actions. Ms. Fellion also frequently presents on new and emerging areas of law to in-house counsel and Human Resources professionals.
