Andrew’s expertise includes assisting and defending employers against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations under state and federal law. He also advises employers on traditional labor relations, covenants not to compete, OSHA compliance, and issues surrounding trade secrets litigation. Andrew always strives to provide his clients with exceptional and innovative service coupled with outstanding results.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Andrew graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School. While in law school Andrew served as a Managing Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, and participated in the Vanderbilt Law Moot Court Competition.
Prior to attending law school, Andrew attended Purdue University where he graduated with degrees in both Economics and Spanish Language & Linguistics. Andrew is fluent in Spanish.
