Ms. Angel’s practice focuses on business immigration matters, representing employers in a range of fields that pursue immigrant and nonimmigrant sponsorship for foreign national employees, as well as self-petitioning clients, such as individuals filing Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waiver petitions. Ms. Angel advises on temporary visas, including L, H, O, TN, P, E, J, B and also represents clients in family-based immigration matters and naturalization applications.

Ms. Angel has practiced immigration law since graduating from Cornell Law School in 2012. Prior to law school, she worked as an immigration paralegal for several years in Boston and New York City. She has significant experience in physician immigration matters, representing hospitals and physicians pursuing J-1 waivers, H-1Bs, O-1s, and green cards based on PERMs and National Interest Waivers in health professional shortage areas. Ms. Angel is fluent in Spanish.
