Blythe Lollar is an associate in the Jackson office where she focuses her practice on employment litigation. She offers advice and provides representation before both state and federal courts. Blythe devotes a substantial amount of her practice to defending employers and management in a variety of legal claims including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Lollar served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sharion Aycock, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi and worked as a summer associate at a large southeastern law firm focused on civil litigation defense. As a law student, Mrs. Lollar also worked as a student clerk for the judges of the First Circuit Court District of Mississippi.
Out of the office, Mrs. Lollar serves on the Women in the Profession Committee of the Mississippi Bar Association and is actively involved with the Young Lawyers Division. Additionally, Mrs. Lollar is an active member of the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association and has served as a volunteer judge for the Mississippi High School Mock Trial Regional Competition.
