Carol A. Krstulic

Carol Krstulic assists clients with disputes at both the state and federal level involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.  She is involved in all aspects of litigation from the initial filing through trial and appeals.  She also devotes a substantial portion of her practice to ERISA litigation and defending plans, plan administrators, insurance companies, and multiemployer benefit funds in a variety of matters including health and pension claims and breach of fiduciary duty claims.  

Ms. Krstulic graduated from University of Kansas in 2005, receiving a B.A. in History and Political Science.  She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Washburn University School of Law, where she graduated with Dean’s Honors.  During law school, she served as a member of the Washburn Law Journal.
