Casey McCluskey Parker is an Associate in the Nashville office of Ogletree Deakins, where she represents employers and management in wide variety of employment matters.

Casey uses her litigation experience to defend claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment under the various federal and state employment statutes and common law doctrines. In addition to her litigation work, Casey also provides advice and counsel to employers on day-to-day employment matters. 

Casey began her career as a litigation associate in the firm of White & Case, LLP in New York City.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Casey was a professional soccer player for the Breidablik Soccer Club in Reykjavik, Iceland.
